Hello, my name is Glyn and I am the winner of the 'Judges Favourite' on the BBC CountryFile Photographic Competition 2004. My entry was the 'Dragonfly'.
What a surprise it was winning the award and the camera crew, along with Ben Fogal, turning up at work to present me with the award, I was shaking all over.
I've also appeared in the local paper, 'The Chad', a picture of me with my trophy and camera, plus a picture of the Dragonfly and a few words about it.
The picture of the Dragonfly along with the other finalists are in the CountryFile '2005' Calendar
in aid of 'Children in Need'.
The calendars are on sale for £8.50, of which at least £4.00 goes to 'Children in Need.
I am also a member of James Maude Camera Club and have been for a number of years now.
I have been taking photographs since I was a child, a long time now!
